General
What is BullChange?
BullChange is an instant cryptocurrency exchange. You choose a pair, send your deposit to the address shown on your order and receive the exchanged coins at the wallet address you provide. No account is needed.
How does BullChange work?
Create an order and send your coins to the deposit address shown on it. Once the deposit is received and passes routine automated checks, the exchange is completed with our liquidity partners and the payout is sent straight to your destination wallet.
Does BullChange hold my funds?
The app does not provide wallets or account balances. Your deposit is received at the order's deposit address, the exchange is processed and the payout is sent directly to your destination wallet.
Can I exchange cash or bank money in the app?
The app exchanges cryptocurrencies only. For cash and other fiat services, visit bullchange.am.
Can I use BullChange in my country?
The service is not available in restricted jurisdictions, including the U.S., Cuba, Iran, DPRK and Syria.

What cryptocurrencies can I exchange?
The coins and networks you can choose in the exchange widget are the ones currently available. The list changes as networks are added or paused.
Are there limits on how much I can exchange?
Yes, currently minimum amounts are displayed on the order page and vary by cryptocurrency pair. Deposits below the minimum may be non-refundable.
What's the difference between fixed and floating rates?
Floating rate
- The final rate is set at the moment your deposit is executed with our liquidity partners.
- You may receive slightly more or less depending on live market movement.
- Fee: 0.5% + network fee.
Fixed rate
- The quoted rate is locked for 15 minutes (including blockchain confirmations) if you send the exact quoted amount.
- If the market moves more than 1% before your deposit is confirmed, you'll be prompted to continue at the current rate or request a full refund (minus network fee) to your refund address.
- Fee: 1% + network fee.
What fees do I pay?
Network and service costs are included in the exchange rate shown before you confirm the order. For refunds or failed transactions, network and screening fees may be deducted.
How long does a swap take?
Most swaps finish in 5-15 minutes after your deposit reaches the required confirmations. While the network confirms, we run automated checks; once cleared, we route funds to our liquidity partners and pay out to your destination wallet. Timing can extend during network congestion.

What if I have a problem with my transaction?
Message our team on Telegram at @bullchange with your order ID and transaction details, and we will look into it.

Sending coins on the wrong blockchain may result in loss. If the deposit is above $20, we may attempt recovery for a manual fee, with processing taking up to 7 business days. Recovery is not guaranteed. Please double check everything before sending funds to our deposit address.
How can I track my order?
Save your order ID or the link to your order page. Open the link at any time to see the current status. If something looks wrong, message @bullchange on Telegram with the order ID.
